From May 23 to May 30th 2007, Little Giant Machine Tool Co., Ltd. held its fourth annual Manufacture the Future exhibition, MTF 2007. Among the invited were 17 industry associations, 19 major educational institutions, four design institutes, and 26 news and media organizations. The first phase of 725 participants included 158 assistant general managers and executives above that rank; the second phase of 689 participants contained 115 such top executives.

MTF 2007 fully demonstrated LG Mazak’s philosophy that the entire factory is an exhibition center, presenting the concepts and theories of digitalized manufacturing in action. The exhibition’s content was well-suited to the current trends of a manufacturing industry eagerly pursuing digitalization.

In terms of specific content, MTF 2007 concretely demonstrated the technical and production capabilities of LG Mazak’s Cyber Factory. In order to establish a solid foundation for the successful running of the conference, currently-owned resources were consolidated, renovations were made, and meticulous planning was conducted.

MTF 2007 was a complete success, and was well-received by all of its guests. As participants brought the information and conceptual exchanges made during the conference back to the various walks of society they represented, it became clear that MTF 2007 truly was a grand occasion in China’s manufacturing industry during the year 2007. MTF 2007’s success also provided an immensely useful platform from which to promote LG Mazak’s ongoing market development.
